Conditions of Enrolment

• Students may not interrupt any course of 12 weeks or less by vacation.
• Students must notify school staff and their teacher the week prior to taking holidays.
• Students may not take a holiday mid week.
• Students may not change their course after it has begun.
• For homestay changes after a course has begun there will be a charge of $50.

Government Policy

• Students enrolled for 3 months or more can withdraw from the course within 7 days after the first day of the course.
• A student who withdraws completely is able to receive a refund of any sum over and above $500 or 10% of the total enrolment sum, whichever is the least.
• Students enrolled for a course of less than 3 months but no longer than 4 weeks and 6 days can withdraw within the first 2 days of the course and receive a refund of 50% of the course fees.
• Students enrolled for a course of over 5 weeks but less than 3 months can withdraw within the first 5 days and receive a refund of 75% of the course fees.
